Mary is a graduate of The Ohio State University and taught music in the public schools for thirty years, the last twenty-two years being in the Mount Vernon City Schools.  Mary has served the music ministry of Gay Street for the past forty years and currently serves as director of the Wesley Ringers.   Mary is also an active member of the Piece Corp, Prayer Shawl Ministry, Tuesdays @ 2, and the Wednesday evening Class Meeting. 

 

Mary and her late husband John are the proud parents of daughters Carrie(Matt), Sarah(Andy) and grandsons Matthew and Simon.  When not connecting with family and friends Mary enjoys knitting, sewing, reading and flower gardening.
